I ship bare root! If you’d like your plants shipped in the cups/pots, please let me know ahead of time as there will likely be an extra charge due to size and weight.
I pack with the love and care that I’d expect when ordering plants, but once the plant leaves my hands, I’m not responsible for what happens in transit. If something happens due to my neglect, I require an unboxing video within 1 hour of delivery.
Please do not leave your package outside in the elements. Please either be home to receive it or arrange to pick it up from the carrier. I am not responsible for weather damage (heat and cold).
I wrap the roots in moss, wrap plants in corrugated cardboard and use polyfill to keep leaves in place. I also use packing paper to keep the cardboard roll in place in the box. I do reuse shipping materials to be as eco-friendly as possible.
